Meet Nick Priest

Real estate is more than buying and selling property. It’s about helping people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Whether you’re purchasing your first home, selling your current property, investing in commercial real estate, or searching for the perfect piece of land, my goal is to provide honest guidance, clear communication, and exceptional service from start to finish.

I graduated from Jacksonville High School in 2009 before earning my Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Arkansas in 2013. During my time at Arkansas, I had the privilege of working with the Razorback Football program from 2012 through 2014 as a Studio Video Assistant, Video Intern, Defensive Intern, and Defensive Student Assistant. Those experiences taught me the importance of preparation, teamwork, communication, and attention to detail — qualities that continue to benefit my clients today.

In 2015, I joined Enserv Loss Control Services full time, where I have built more than 11 years of experience in loss control, safety consulting, and risk management. I maintain the Approved Professional Safety Source (APSS) designation and have spent my career helping businesses identify hazards, reduce risk, and create safer work environments. My background in evaluating risk, construction practices, and property conditions provides a unique perspective that benefits both buyers and sellers throughout the real estate process.

I began my real estate career in 2019 with Edge Realty, where I was mentored by J.C. Goff. In 2020, alongside Mindy Strand and Morgan Abner, I helped found The Key Team. Today, Mindy and I continue serving clients together through The Key Team at RE/MAX Homefinders. Having worked together for more than six years, we’ve helped hundreds of buyers and sellers throughout Central Arkansas, with experience in residential homes, commercial properties, land and acreage, investment properties, and all major financing options, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA Rural Development loans. We also maintain a trusted network of lenders, inspectors, contractors, surveyors, and other professionals to help make every transaction as smooth as possible.

Outside of real estate, my greatest priority is my family. I met my wife in 2018, and we were married in 2020. Together we are raising our three children: Giovanni, born in 2016, Ellie, born in 2021, and Jameson, born in 2024. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family and friends, playing golf, or cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks and the New York Knicks.

As a colon cancer survivor, I have a deep appreciation for perseverance, gratitude, and making the most of every opportunity. That experience has shaped my perspective and strengthened my faith and my commitment to serving others with honesty, integrity, and compassion.
